Golden Elixir Large Way is the original name for a method of daoist cultivation, it utilizes Qigong Nei Dan (Internal Martial Arts) and Qigong Wai Dan (External Martials Arts) to cultivate longetivity and spirituality. Golden Elixir Qigong is an authentic Qigong system backed by current literature.
There are 12 levels of breathing in Daoist Qigong. Our training will educate you on how to regulate your breathing and you will be fully prepared for advanced training.
At this level you will begin to convert your jing to qi, yang qi will begin to fill in your yang vessel (govenor vessel) Your health and strength will improve, your shen start to raise as you become more aware of qi.
After building you qi and filling your govenor vessel, you will start to learn raise your qi to shen increase your brain function, greatly improving your intelligence and mental health.
